ATTENTION MEMBERS: Important information about this Saturdays classes.

Regular conditioning class will begin at 9am.

At 11am, our group participating in the CrossFit Open will compete and
Perform 13.1. We hope to see a lot of people there helping to score the events as well as cheer on your friends!

Hood to see a big group tomorrow! Hope you guys kill the open wod!

1) Dynamic Warm Up

2) Back Squat 12×2 (10-20lbs more than last week)

3) conditioning

20 MB lunge and Twist
20 MB chest 2 Wall slam
20 MB Lat slam
