B. 1000m Row

* team member 1 starts the circuit while the other 2 wait. When that member finishes they advance immediately to the rower, then team member 2 may start the circuit. When team member 2 finishes, they row if the person before them is done; if not they wait. Repeat for the 3rd member. The team with the fastest total time ( 3rd member finishes row) wins the day.
