Thruster (Heavy 2)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

On a continuously running clock, preform 5 thrusters every minute.

0:00-5:00 (75/45)

5:00-10:00 (95/65)

10:00-15:00 (115/85)

15:00-20:00 (135/105)

Continue to add 20 lbs every 5 minutes, for as long as you are able.

Cool Down- AirDyne Flush (No Measure)
